Parents: use the email Janet writes to. Students: use your own Gmail, the one Janet has for you. We'll email you a link to click. No password needed. Only the email we have on record works.
Enter your email on the sign-in page and we'll send you a link — clicking it signs you in. No password needed.
The link is for you only; please don't forward it. It stays good for a while, so there's no rush to click it the moment it arrives. If you don't see the email, check spam — and note that only the email we have on record works.
Your family's account is tied to one email address — the one you registered with. All sign-in links, placement offers, and receipts go there.
If you need to change it, contact Janet directly. You can't change it yourself — this protects your account.
Refunds are also sent to your email of record, so make sure this is the email you have registered with your bank for Zelle.
